These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Use", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website pokopiadb.com (the "Site"), operated by PokopiaDb ("we", "us", "our", or "PokopiaDb"). The Site provides fan-made tools, databases, calculators, trackers, planners, and community features related to the game Pokémon Pokopia (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
